Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer

Location: Jigjiga, Wolkite, Mizan, Goba, Harena Buluk, Agaro

Career Level: Mid-Level (2+ – 5 years’ experience)
