1. Machine Specialist
Job Description
The position is structured to report to the respective Maintenance Controller and It is maintained, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure that plant availability and product quality at minimum cost; without sacrificing standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-
- Provide specialist support to the shift based teams during operations. This will include standby and day shift support.
- Where requested, assist as a functional expert in problem solving. This must be undertaken in support of the process artisan.
- Provide guidance and advice to the shift based teams on machine operation, machine fault finding and correct responses to machine failure modes.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer of machine operation to shift based teams.
- Review SIC’s and address deviations regularly
- Take part, as a functional expert, in regional and central plant optimization trials.
- Development of work instructions related to equipment.
- Monitor and manage performance of equipment.
- Ability to work shifts and be available on call-out where necessary
- Verify and ensure that machines are running at rated speed

Qualification: First degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
2. Route to Market Coordinator
Job Description
The position is structured to report to the Route to Market Manager. and will be responsible for overseeing all the tasks related to Route to Market.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Route to Market Execution
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), channel management, RED execution, efficiency, engagement
- Commercial digital agenda, including Sales Automation, etc.
- Conduct EDS in assigned areas
- Manage Mapping Process
- Supervise, and manage, to ensure correct data provided
- Rollout RTM Model
- Executive implementation of the RTM model
- Analyzing data, getting approval from management on the RTM model
- Prepare data, and get approval from management on the RTM model
- Prepare design, KPI, and management tools to maintain the RTM Model

Job Requirements: Experience & Education
- First Degree in Marketing/Salesmanship/Business Management/ Economics /Accounting or related fields with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
3. Maintenace Planner
The position is structured to report to the respective Unit Manager – Utilities and Process and will be responsible for managing the relevant maintenance systems, generating routine and planned maintenance schedules, supporting the maintenance team in the execution of maintenance, and facilitating problem-solving so that line availability and efficiency are maximized, breakdowns are minimized, and manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide technical leadership and support to the plant in terms of asset management technology to enable the implementation of business strategies to leverage equipment, productivity, reliability, and maintainability, thereby enabling high plant availability and utilization at the lowest cost.
- Deploy the asset management strategy.
- Provide specialist asset management support.
- Ensure that predictive maintenance techniques are implemented correctly.
- Implement asset management system audits to evaluate data integrity.
- Assist and coach staff in asset management principles and application.
- Observe a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment.
Job Requirements
First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
4. Electrical Specialist
Job Description
The position is structured to report to the Production Team Leader. The incumbent is responsible for performing planned equipment, preventative maintenance, and providing 2nd level break-down support, Providing support to the operations team on the line, maintaining health & Safety standards, and Coaching the line process engineers. Works order obtained for all planned activities from maintenance planner/Team Leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- All relevant information obtained to conduct activities – eg drawings, manufacturers manual, etc.
- Spares and tools required are located and obtained.
- Jobs prioritized to maximize product quality and plant availability (within a set maintenance schedule).
- Permission to stop plant/ process and time required is negotiated with relevant customers.
- Feedback provided on time to planner/Team Leader on deviations to schedule and on work to be completed.
- Daily, weekly, and shutdown activities executed according to schedule.
- Regularly maintain machinery to ensure high reliability of operation in the process according to set standards.
- Plant/ process isolated as per relevant procedures.
- Maintenance and repairs carried out as per works order meeting all the quality requirements.
- Plant/ equipment/ process commissioned after the job and handed over to the customer for approval
- Information collated, documented, and feedback provided to relevant customers.
Job Requirements
First Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
5. Process Team Leader
Job Description
The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager: Process and Responsible to lead and supervise operation of designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & wastewater Treatment plant and Testing Room Facilities. In addition to this the incumbent is responsible to lead a group of people consists of operators and technicians.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise Syrup Room Manufacturing Plant, Water & Wastewater Treatment plants.
- Lead and supervise people.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply and implement SHEQ standards.
- Supervise and manage equipment’s.
Job Requirements
First Degree in Food Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Food Processing area.
6. Team Leader-Warehouse
Job Description
The position is structured to report to the Warehouse Manager and the Incumbent is responsible for managing all warehouse activities. The role holder also manages the storekeeper and forklift operators and supervises in terms of their performance and capability development to ensure the successful operation of the warehouse function.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the Operational team in the execution of all inbound and outbound movement.
- Manage an effective and accurate Production Interface.
- Manage all tasks within the standards of excellent housekeeping.
- Manage the effective execution of system transactions and perform end-of-shift reconciliations.

First Degree in Accounting/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management/Management/Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
