Position 1: Facility Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- BA degree in Management or related or.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience.
The purpose of the Facility Officer position is to plan, organize, coordinate and control the activities of the general services. S/he ensures that all facility and support services are provided to different work units of the Institution.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Integrated knowledge and understanding of support services concepts, practices, systems, and procedures.
- Ability to interact and deal with people.
- Planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Position 2: Accountant
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- B.A. degree in accounting or equivalent education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Good skills in the use of computers.

Position 3: Executive Secretary
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience as secretary.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Proficient in computer skills (MS word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet browsing skills.
- Good written and spoken English language.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate information accurately.
Position 4: Senior Risk Management Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- B.A. degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan.
- Interest free banking and basic Sheriah knowledge
- Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels.
- Good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development.

Position 5: Senior Saving and Financing Officer

Position 7: General Accounts Senior Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING

- Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills.

Position 8: Internal Audit Service Head
Experience/Training
- MA/B.A. Degree in Accounting
Experiences
- 6/7 years of experience in internal auditing, of which 4 years on supervisory position.
Technical Skills
- Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coach staff in prioritizing workload whilst maintaining a high standard of work;
- Fluency in English language and written communication;
- Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to work effectively with others at all levels;
- Computer skills.
Position 9: Manager, IT and Marketing Department
Experience/Training
- MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science/ Information Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experiences
- A minimum of 7/8 years of relevant experience.
Technical and Other Skills:
- LAN administration experience.
- Core banking
- Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
- Proficiency in Computer applications.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coach staff.
Position 10: Director, Microfinance Operation
Experience/Training
- MA/MSc. or B.A. degree in, Economics, Management, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experiences
- A minimum of 7/8 years of experience, out of which 4 years in managerial position, preferably in MFI.
Technical and Other Skills:
- Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
- Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan;
